Göncruszka is a Hungarian community in the county Gönc in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén .
Geographical location
Göncruszka is located in northern Hungary , three and a half kilometers southwest of the city of Gönc , about eight kilometers south of the border with Slovakia , on the Ruszka-patak river. The immediate neighboring communities are Vilmány in the south and Hejce in the southeast.

Road No. 3713 runs through Göncruszka, and main road No. 3 ( European route 71 ) three kilometers west of the municipality , which connects the county seat of Miskolc, about 60 kilometers south, with Košice in Slovakia . The community is connected to the railway line from Abaújszántó to Hidasnémeti .
