Vilmány is a municipality in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County in northern Hungary .
Geographical location
Vilmány is located about 50 kilometers northeast of the Miskolc county seat and 12 km south of the border with Slovakia in the valley of the Hernád river, which flows west of the village .
