Hidasnémeti is a Hungarian community in the county Gönc in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén .

Geographical location

Hidasnémeti is located in northern Hungary , 55 kilometers northeast of the Miskolc county seat , on the Szártos-patak and Hernád rivers . Neighboring communities are Hernádszurdok and Tornyosnémeti , each a good two kilometers away. The next town, Gönc , is four and a half kilometers southeast of Hidasnémeti.
