IC 1332 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sb in the constellation Aquarius on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 447 million light years from the Milky Way and about 115,000 light years across .

The object was discovered on July 16, 1891 by Stéphane Javelle .
