IC 4635 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBb in the constellation Bird of Paradise in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 125 million light-years from the Milky Way and about 115,000 light-years across. Together with IC 4633 and PGC 60085 , it forms the isolated, gravitationally bound galaxy trio KTS 54 .
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on August 17, 1900 .
