IC 4618 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBbc in the constellation Apus in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 127 million light years from the Milky Way and about 70,000 light years in diameter.

The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on July 23, 1900 .
