In Your Honor is the fifth studio album by the Foo Fighters and, according to Dave Grohl, should become the definitive must-have album for the band. It was released as a double album on June 13, 2005. On the first CD, the Foo Fighters can be heard in a well-known rock sound, on the second CD they are heard for the first time with predominantly acoustic arrangements.

The second CD also features numerous guest musicians, including Norah Jones , Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones and Josh Homme from the Queens of the Stone Age . Grohl calls the participation of John Paul Jones “the second greatest thing to happen to me in my life”.
