Ingrid Lafforgue (born November 5, 1948 in Bagnères-de-Luchon ) is a former French ski racer .

biography

Ingrid Lafforgue is the twin sister of Britt Lafforgue and daughter of Maurice Lafforgue and the Swedish ski racer May Nilsson (May 5, 1921 to November 7, 2009), who won the slalom bronze medal at the 1939 Zakopane World Ski Championships .

Lafforgue's greatest success was the slalom victory at the 1970 World Cup in Val Gardena , ahead of Barbara Ann Cochran and Michèle Jacot . In the Ski World Cup she won a giant slalom and six slalom races (the World Cup slalom in Val Gardena also counted for the World Cup). In the 1969/70 season she took first place in the Slalom World Cup. In 1969 she became French champion in giant slalom and in 1970 in slalom.
