The Isuzu AUV was a Russian version of the Japanese MPV Isuzu Panther . In contrast to its brother model, the AUV was offered in several lengths and a larger selection of versions. The AUV was available in the following body versions:
- STD = Standard: 5-door with space for 5 people and a trunk volume of 435 to 1715 liters
- STRC = Stretch version cabin: 7-door with space for 8 or 9 people and a trunk volume of 435 to 1715 liters
- STRW = stretch version load space: 5-door with space for 5 people and a trunk volume of up to 2000 liters
- STRM = stretch version full body: 7-door with space for 8 or 9 people and a trunk volume of up to 2000 liters
- MXB = people transporter: 4- or 6-door with space for 8 people (stretch version STRB up to 17 people)
The interior was available in two different equipment variants. The basic version was designed in normal black or beige plastic. The DeLuxe equipment, on the other hand, came up with plastic decor in a wood design and many electrical and technical comfort features. The AUV did not have a version with leather seats. The only motor available for the AUV was a 2.5 L diesel engine with an output of 167 hp.

The AUV's target markets were the CIS countries as well as Syria and Iran. Production of the Isuzu AUV ceased in summer 2009. The only sister models still produced are the Tavera in India and the Panther from Indonesia.
