The Isuzu Florian was a mid-range model of the Japanese car manufacturer Isuzu , which was built from 1967 to 1983.
Over the unusually long production period of the Florian, he experienced hardly any changes to the body; in total there were only two rather minor facelifts . The Florian was developed together with the Isuzu 117 Coupé , is its sedan counterpart and shares the technology with it; he was the successor of Isuzu Bellel .
The Florian was initially available as a four-door sedan and a five-door station wagon; the station wagon was later removed from the offer. Four-cylinder petrol engines with a displacement of 1.6 and 1.8 liters, but also a 2.0-liter diesel engine, were used for the drive.
By the end of production in 1983, a total of 145,836 copies of the Florian had been made, followed by the Isuzu Aska . The pickup named Isuzu KB , derived from Florian, was exported to numerous countries thanks to the plant's connections with General Motors and sold as the Chevrolet LUV in North America and as the Bedford KB in Europe and Australia.
