Ivana Jorović ( Serbian - Cyrillic Ивана Јоровић ; born May 3, 1997 in Čačak ) is a Serbian tennis player .

Career

Jorović started playing tennis at the age of seven , her preferred surface being the hard court. She mainly plays tournaments on the ITF Women's Circuit , in which she has already won 13 singles and two doubles titles.

She competed in several qualifications at Grand Slam tournaments and was able to qualify for a main field for the first time at the Australian Open in 2018 . At Wimbledon , she reached the second round in 2019. Here she just lost in three sets against Alison Riske .

Jorović has been playing for the Serbian Fed Cup team since 2015 , for which she contributed 13 wins in 14 games, nine of them in singles and four in doubles.
