JC Quinn

JC Quinn (born November 30, 1940 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania , † February 10, 2004 in Ciudad Juarez , Mexico ) was an American actor .

Life

Quinn studied acting in New York City and initially played in the theater . In the mid-1970s he played at the New York Shakespeare Festival and in 1981 he appeared in Heartland on Broadway . He made his feature film debut in 1978 in the drama Nightmare Behind Bars . Two years later he starred as a prison barber alongside Robert Redford and Morgan Freeman in Stuart Rosenberg's prison drama Brubaker . This was followed by roles in headhunting alongside Kirk Douglas and Silkwood , alongside Meryl Streep and Kurt Russell . From the mid-1980s Quinn received guest roles in various television series such as Cagney & Lacey and Miami Vice . In 1986, he served as Duncan Keller in the Stephen King film version Rhea M - It started without warning to see in James Cameron's science fiction film Abyss - abyss of death he put Arliss "Sonny" Dawson . Is Furthermore, he played in the miniseries From the Earth to the Moon and had a guest role on the British series The Professionals - The Next Generation . He made his last film appearances in 2000.
