The 1982/83 season was the 17th season of the Japan Ice Hockey League , the highest Japanese ice hockey league . The wurdenji Eagles became champions for the sixth time in the club's history . Top scorer with 69 points was Wladimir Schadrin from Master Ōji Eagles.
