Jesús María Díez del Corral Rivas (born April 6, 1933 in Saragossa , † February 19, 2010 in Madrid ) was a Spanish chess player .
He won the Spanish individual championship twice: in Alcoy in 1955 and in Seville in 1965 . He played for Spain at seven Chess Olympiads : 1960 , 1962 , 1970 , 1972 and 1978 to 1982 . He also took part in the European team championship in Kapfenberg in 1970 .
In 1967 he was awarded the title of International Master (IM) and in 1974 the title of Grand Master (GM).
