Judenhof is one of 24 districts of the municipality of Simmelsdorf in Middle Franconia .

geography

The village is located on a mountain slope in the Naifer valley , a little above the village of Utzmannsbach . It is located about three kilometers northeast-north of Simmelsdorf and is at an altitude of 474  m above sea level. NHN .

history

Judenhof was first mentioned in 1442.

Due to the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , Judenhof became part of the independent rural community of Utzmannsbach with the second municipal edict, which also included the hamlet Unterachtel and the village of Schindelrangen . In the course of the communal territorial reform carried out in Bavaria in the 1970s , Judenhof was incorporated into the community of Diepoltsdorf together with the community of Utzmannsbach in April 1971, and three months later it was incorporated into Simmelsdorf itself. In 2016 Judenhof had eleven residents.
