KNVB Cup 1971/72

The KNVB Cup 1971/72 was the 54th edition of the Dutch soccer cup competition. It began on January 9, 1972 with the first round, in which all 18 clubs from the Eredivisie and 14 clubs from the Eerste Divisie participated. Seven clubs from the Eerste Divisie were not eligible to participate. The table status on November 28, 1971 was decisive for participation in the cup competition.
