Kallertshofen is a hamlet in the Bissingen market in the Swabian district of Dillingen on the Danube . It is located southwest of Bissingen , beyond the basin on the left slope of the valley.
history
The place is first mentioned in 1245 as "Kadelharshovin". It was probably founded as an extension of Bissingen. The Reichenau Monastery sold its property to the Kaisheim Monastery in 1245 . Soon afterwards the property passed to the Hohenburg-Bissingen rulership . The hamlet has consisted of four or five properties in the last few centuries.
