The Canton of Angers-Center was until 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Angers , in the department of Maine-et-Loire and the region Pays de la Loire . Its main town was Angers .

As part of the reorganization in 2015, the canton was dissolved and its municipality was divided among other, newly established cantons.

From 1991 to 2010, François Chanteux ( UMP ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département . He was succeeded by Frédérique Drouet d'Aubigny (also UMP).
