The canton of Léré was a French canton in the Cher department and in the Center-Val de Loire region until 2015 . It comprised seven parishes in the Arrondissement of Bourges ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Léré . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Pascal Viguié was last representative in the conseil général des Départements for the years 2008–2015.
