Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Saint-Martin-d'Auxigny included the eleven municipalities of Allogny , Fussy , Menetou-Salon , Pigny , Quantilly , Saint-Éloy-de-Gy , and Saint-Georges-sur-Moulon , Saint-Martin-d'Auxigny , Saint-Palais , Vasselay and Vignoux-sous-les-Aix . Its layout corresponded to an area of ​​245.02 km ² . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 1823.
