The French canton of Marguerittes is an administrative unit in the Gard department and in the Nîmes arrondissement . Its main town is Marguerittes and until 2015 comprised eight parishes. As a result of a reform of the cantons carried out in 2015, it significantly changed its composition and now includes seven municipalities.

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Bagnols-sur-Cèze included the eight municipalities of Bezouce , Cabrières , Lédenon , Manduel , Marguerittes , Poulx , Redessan and Saint-Gervasy . Its layout corresponded to an area of 132.64 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 3016.
