The French canton of Uzès is a canton in the Gard department and in the Nîmes arrondissement . Its main town is Uzès and was expanded from 15 to 31 municipalities in 2015 as part of a nationwide restructuring of the cantons .

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Uzès included the 15 municipalities of Aigaliers , Arpaillargues-et-Aureillac , Blauzac , Flaux , La Capelle-et-Masmolène , Montaren-et-Saint-Médiers , Saint-Hippolyte-de- Montaigu , Saint-Maximin , Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie , Saint-Siffret , Saint-Victor-des-Oules , Serviers-et-Labaume , Uzès and Vallabrix . Its layout corresponded to an area of 233.91 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 3035.
