The canton of Saint-Michel-sur-Orge was 2015 a French constituency in the district Palaiseau , in the department of Essonne and the region Ile-de-France ; Jean-Loup Englander (first PCF , then DVG ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1976 to 2011 . He was followed by Clothilde Buffone ( DVG ).

The canton was identical to the municipality of Saint-Michel-sur-Orge .
