The canton of Draveil is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Évry in the department of Essonne and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Draveil , Geneviève Izard-Le Bourg ( DVD ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2011 . It was followed by Florence Fernandez de Ruidiaz ( UMP ).
