The canton of Juvisy-sur-Orge was until 2015 a French constituency in the Arrondissement Palaiseau , in the department of Essonne and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town was Juvisy-sur-Orge , and since 1998 Étienne Chaufour ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département .

The canton was founded in 1967 and redesigned in 1985.

When the French cantons were reorganized in 2015, the canton was dissolved. Juvisy-sur-Orge was assigned to the canton of Athis-Mons , the sub-area of ​​Savigny-sur-Orge was incorporated into the canton of the same name .
