The canton of Thorens-Glières was a French canton in the Haute-Savoie department until 2015 . It comprised six parishes; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Thorens-Glières . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Most recently, François Excoffier was a representative in the conseil général des Départements.
