The canton of Evian-les-Bains is a French administrative unit in the department of Haute-Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It comprises 33 municipalities from the arrondissements of Bonneville and Thonon-les-Bains , its capital (French:  bureau centralisateur ) is Évian-les-Bains . As part of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons, it was significantly expanded in spring 2015.

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Évian-les-Bains included the 15 municipalities of Bernex , Champanges , Évian-les-Bains , Féternes , Larringes , Lugrin , Maxilly-sur-Léman , Meillerie , Neuvecelle , Novel , Publier , Saint-Gingolph , Saint-Paul-en-Chablais , Thollon-les-Mémises and Vinzier . Its layout corresponded to an area of ​​138.63 km ² . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 7413.
