The canton of Thonon-les-Bains-Ouest was a French canton in the Haute-Savoie department until 2015 . It bordered Lake Geneva and was near the border with Switzerland . It included the western part of the canton capital Thonon-les-Bains and eight other municipalities . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. Most recently, Georges Constantin was a representative in the conseil général des Départements.
