The canton of Alby-sur-Chéran was a French canton in the Haute-Savoie department until 2015 . It comprised 11 parishes and had its capital (French: chef-lieu ) in Alby-sur-Chéran . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. His last representatives in the conseil général des Départements were Fernand Peilloux ( DVG ) from 1992 to 2011 and Jean-Claude Martin ( DVD ) from 2011 to 2015 .
