Katia Rodríguez is a Dominican singer.

Rodríguez 'musical talent was discovered during her studies at the Colegio San Gabriel in Santo Domingo, where she founded the group Las Juveniles with fellow students and organized a singing competition. As the soloist of Cristo Salvador , she sang her first recording, the song Abandono by Fifa Núñez .

She then sang in the choir of the musical revue of the Caliente Show and began training as a secretary and also performed as an accompanist to Frank Ceara , Mario Martínez , Nivia Quezada , Dante Cucurullo , Guarionex Aquino and others. As a composer, Rodríguez took part in the competition Premio de Música de Casa de Teatro in 2005 with the Bachata Viviendo el Amor .
