Ken Jenkins

Ken Jenkins (born August 28, 1940 in Dayton , Ohio ) is an American actor , screenwriter and director . He became known through the role of Dr. Bob Kelso in the comedy series Scrubs .

biography

Ken Jenkins began his career in the theater. There he played various roles in plays by Shakespeare and then began studying acting at Antioch College. He continued his theater career with various plays on Broadway . In the eighties he played his first roles in films. Among the best known are Matewan (1987), Courage to Truth (1996), Last Man Standing (1996) and The Attack (2002).

From 2001 to 2009 he played in the comedy series Scrubs by Bill Lawrence the chief physician Dr. Robert Kelso with Zach Braff and John C. McGinley .
