The church ruins Derichsweiler is in Düren district Derichsweiler in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The church consecrated to Saint Martin of Tours was first mentioned in 1283.

The central nave of the two-nave church ruin dates from the 12th / 13th centuries. Century, the aisle from the 15th / 16th century. Century. The north outer wall of the central nave is made of quarry stone with bricked up Roman bricks. The side aisle has Gothic tracery windows . The polygonal choir consists of sandstone blocks . In the 18th century a sacristy made of rubble was added. On the west side there is a porch from 1810 with a bluestone portal .

The old church of Derichsweiler was the first church in the German Reich to be destroyed by an incendiary bomb in World War II on August 15, 1940.

The ruin was converted into a meeting place.

The building is entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under No. 7/001.
