The Medical Service Operations Support Command (Kdo SanEinsUstg) is the troop service command command for the units of the medical force and performs the troop provider tasks for the deployment and equivalent obligations of the Central Medical Service of the Bundeswehr . It is the permanent command command for the contingents of the medical service of the Bundeswehr and is responsible for territorial tasks, for civil-military cooperation and for national and international medical service exercise support. The command was set up as part of the realignment of the Bundeswehr on January 1, 2013 in Weißenfels . The commissioning took place on January 10, 2013 as part of an assembly roll call by the inspector of the medical services of the Bundeswehr , General Oberstabsarzt Ingo Patschke, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Saxony-Anhalt , Reiner Haseloff .

history

The command was set up as part of the realignment of the Bundeswehr . The command took over parts of the tasks of the medical commands , which were dissolved on December 31, 2012 and December 31, 2014, respectively. After the reclassification, the subordinate medical regiments are stationed in Weißenfels and Berlin , Rennerod and Koblenz and in Dornstadt . They are used for training and operational support. The special association of the medical service, the command rapid emergency medical service , is stationed in Leer . The medical training regiment is stationed in Feldkirchen .
