On April 1, 1934, the Kreissparkasse Uslar was taken over. On July 1, 1943, the Kreissparkasse Northeim became the universal legal successor of the Stadtsparkasse Northeim due to a ministerial ordinance . On January 1, 1974, the Stadtsparkasse Dassel was taken over by merger. On April 1, 1979, the last merger so far with the Stadtsparkasse Moringen took place .
