Kuurne – Brussels – Kuurne is a Belgian road bike race . The race starts in the West Flemish city ​​of Kuurne and originally led back there via Brussels . It takes place annually at the end of February on the Sunday after Omloop Het Nieuwsblad . Kuurne – Brussels – Kuurne has been part of the UCI Europe Tour since 2005 and is classified in the 1st HC category.

The course of the race in February 2010 was spectacular. Because of the storm low Xynthia , extreme conditions prevailed: storm, rain and cold. Of 198 riders who started, only 26 crossed the finish line; because of a fallen tree, the route had to be shortened by 20 kilometers.
