The state election in Salzburg in 1927 was held on April 3, 1927 and was the third state election in the state of Salzburg after the First World War . The state parliament was reduced from 28 to 26 seats. Compared to the state elections in 1922, voter turnout rose sharply.

The party alliance Christian National Electoral Community (CNW) made up of the Christian Social Party (CSP), the German National Socialist Workers 'Party (DNSAP) and the Freedom Salzburg Farmers' Union did not run together again. The Christian Social Party (CS) achieved half of the seats with 48.02% and 13 seats. The second strongest force was again the Social Democratic Workers' Party of German Austria (SDAPDÖ) with 32.07% and 9 seats. It suffered slight losses and lost a seat. The Greater German People's Party (GDVP) joined the National Socialists and was able to increase its share of the vote slightly to 11.54% and three seats. For the first time, the Landbund entered . With 7.03% it reached one seat. With 1.34% of the votes, the Confederation of Businesses won no mandate.

The new state parliament re-elected Franz Rehrl (CS) as governor.
