Laudamotion Executive is an Austrian airline that offers charter flights with business jets.

history

Laudamotion , founded in 2004 with the same business model as Amira Air, was awarded the contract for the insolvent Niki Luftfahrt in January 2018 . In February 2018, Laudamotion Executive was founded as a subsidiary of Laudamotion, which now operates the Airbus A320 , and the business customer segment was transferred to it. Since April 2018, Laudamotion Executive is no longer a Laudamotion subsidiary, but belongs directly to Niki Lauda's holding company.

At the beginning of July 2019, the company was taken over by the Sparfell Aviation Group . The latter had originally only wanted to participate in Laudamotion Executive through a capital increase, but decided to take over the company completely after the death of Niki Lauda. Sparefell announced that it wanted to keep its fleet and the 60 employees it had at the time.
