Liberal South East European Network
The Liberal South East European Network ( LIBSEEN , German: Liberales Südosteuropäisches Netzwerk) is an association of liberal parties and think tanks from southeastern Europe . The association was founded in Skopje in 2008 and currently has 19 members in 11 countries.
The aim is to strengthen liberal politics in the region and to link the Balkan states more closely to the European Union .
Most of the member parties are also members of the European party Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe and the Liberals International .
The current president is the Croatian Foreign Minister Vesna Pusić .
