List of well-known neo-Latin philologists
The list of well - known neo-Latin philologists or neolatinists includes researchers who have completed their habilitation or who have otherwise emerged in the field of neo-Latin language and literature . A distinction must be made between people who have distinguished themselves as authors of original literature in Neo-Latin since the Renaissance, even if they are occasionally also referred to as Neo-Latinists (see list of Neo-Latin authors ).
