The Pifflhof was bought by the State of Salzburg in 1923 and the house was adapted as a school and boarding school building. The former stable - a Gothic hall - became a dining room. In a further expansion phase, school classes were built above on the 1st floor.

Documented in 1468, after fire in 1867, rebuilt from 1868 to 1869 according to plans by Friedrich Schmidt in the neo-Gothic style. The organ from 1891 was built by Albert Mauracher .

The cemetery around the parish church of St. Maria was abandoned in 1910 and moved to Krössenbach. The cemetery chapel there was built in the neo-Romanesque style at the beginning of the 20th century.

The house is a three-storey brick building under a steep hipped roof with a bell tower. Above the door of the house is a coat of arms made of marble Eb. Paris Lodron with 1647. Further dates with 1390, 1885, 1942, 1970. Furthermore, a mighty farm building. A barn building and two granaries by the stream.

Late Gothic church with west tower, Romanesque core, surrounded by a cemetery, on a hilltop. Documented in 1416, parish since 1858. Ceiling painting around 1785 by Thomas Valtinger (?). Organ from 1908 by Mauracher . Two bells by Hans Schuspeck from 1534.
