The cemetery is located where the parish church of the Oberinzersdorf parish, which was independent until 1784, was once located. After the union of Ober- and Unterinzersdorf to form the parish Inzersdorf ob der Traisen, this church was demolished and its presbytery was adapted as a cemetery chapel .

The core of the two-storey, three-wing parsonage and farm complex is probably from the early modern era. The church-side main facade from the third third of the 18th century shows flat plaster frame structure and panel wallpaper, as well as a basket arch portal with original gate wings and three small window baskets with rosettes.

The stately one to two-storey building, the substance of which dates back to the early 16th century, was probably formerly a stately home. On the street facade of the residential wing there is a two-axis flat bay window supported by consoles with late Gothic window frames (spy window), in the passage there is a groin vault on pillars.

The parish church, consecrated to the Apostle Peter , was built from 1741 to 1742 while retaining the tower in place of a previous medieval building. It has a single-nave and three-bay nave and a single-bay choir, which is semicircular on the inside but polygonal on the outside. The chancel is decorated with illusionistic pseudo architectural painting in a late baroque style.

In 1981 aerial archaeological methods found evidence of a burial ground to the west of Landesstraße 113 . In 1997 excavations took place on an area of ​​15,000 m². Among the 125 documented objects are a cremation grave from the Urnfield Age , nine body and eight cremation graves from the Iron Age and numerous post pits with vertical sandstones. The most significant part of the find zone, an extremely large burial site for its time, is assigned to the late Hallstatt period and the early La Tène period (500–300 BC). Numerous grave goods were found, including clay vessels, jewelry and weapons made of iron and bronze.
