The nave emerged from a previous Romanesque building , the choir is early Gothic / Gothic , the tower stands on the core of what is probably a Romanesque round charnel house .

The wayside shrine of St. Johannes Nepomuk stands on a baluster pedestal in front of the rectory and dates from the middle of the 18th century.

The first rectory in the village, like the church, emerged from an existing castle after 1192. Major construction work in 1522 was followed a few years later by severe damage in the course of the first Turkish siege of Vienna . During the second Turkish siege in 1683, the rectory burned down completely. It was rebuilt in 1695.

The mill with a medieval core, located near Unterthurm , emerged from the 14th / 15th centuries. Erlhof , known as the 17th century , was destroyed by Turkish troops in 1683. After the war it was rebuilt, and in 1812 the mill wing was renewed. In the 1970s, the dilapidated building was renovated. It is used as a residential building and houses a mill museum. The area also includes a garden and a chapel.

The second Viennese spring water pipeline is a 183 km long drinking water supply pipeline for the city of Vienna . It was built at the instigation of Karl Lueger and, after a ten-year construction period, opened on December 2, 1910 as the 2nd Kaiser-Franz-Josef Spring Pipeline .

In the municipality of Altlengbach, in addition to the Ölgraben and Lengbach aqueducts, there are the following buildings of the Second Vienna High Spring Water Pipeline : Laabenbachdüker outlet chamber (AK 97, Lage ), Gerhardsbachdüker inlet chamber (EK 99, Lage ) and Gerhardsbachdüker outlet chamber (AK 100, Lage ), the entry towers 98 ( Lage ) and 101 ( Lage ) and the Steinhäusl canal bridge ( Lage ).

The Laabenbachdüker connects the community Neustift-Innermanzing (EK 96) with the community Altlengbach over a horizontal distance of around 1650 meters and crosses under the West Autobahn A1 , the Laabenbach and the village Leitsberg. The Gerhardsbach culvert bridges a horizontal distance of 270 meters.
