Mühlhof is a wasteland in the municipality of Neuendettelsau in the district of Ansbach , Middle Franconia . Mühlhof is not an officially named district and is part of the core town of Neuendettelsau.

geography

The four houses are on Schlauersbacher Strasse (= Kreisstrasse AN 14 ) and have house no. 27, 27b, 29 and 30. The district road runs to Neuendettelsau (1.4 km north-east) or to Schlauersbach to state road 2223 (1.5 km south-west). The Helmbrechtsgraben rises south of the Mühlhof, a left tributary of the Franconian Rezat . Approx. The Heuberg ( 435  m above sea level ) is located 0.5 km south of the village .

history

The original Mühlhof was built in 1874 by a Mr. Körber and, contrary to the name, is not a mill. The farm got its name because it was located on Mühlweg, which led from Ziegendorf to Bechhofen , where there was a grain mill. Originally it was house no. 66b from Neuendettelsau. In 1878 a Mr. Sperber was the owner, in 1888 Christof Schmidt, in 1919 his son Peter Schmidt, later his son-in-law Hans Schmidt from Immeldorf , who was married to Margarete, née Schmidt.

The residents of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination are parish to St. Nikolai (Neuendettelsau) , the residents of the Roman Catholic denomination to St. Franziskus (Neuendettelsau) .
