Madeleine Winter-Schulze

Madeleine Winter-Schulze (born June 28, 1941 in Berlin ) is a German entrepreneur and rider.

During her active time as a rider, Winter-Schulze won the German championship in dressage on Coca Cola in 1959 , as well as in 1969 on Patella and in 1975 on Dacapo the German championship of the Amazons in show jumping .

Today she is the owner of several internationally known show jumping and dressage horses. She has been supporting Ludger Beerbaum since 1997 and Isabell Werth since 2001 . In April 2004 she was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon for her longstanding sponsorship of equestrian sport . During the gala evening of the rush auction in Verden / Aller, she received the award from Ursula von der Leyen . She is also a member of the Presidium of the German Equestrian Association (FN) based in Warendorf as a representative of horse owners.

She was married to Dietrich Schulze . The couple lived on the former farm of Hartwig Steenken in Wedemark until their husband's death .
