Maja Palaveršić-Coopersmith (born March 24, 1973 in Split , Yugoslavia as Maja Palaveršić ) is a former Croatian tennis player .
Career
Palaveršić-Coopersmith won six singles and four doubles titles in the ITF Women's Circuit during her career . On the WTA Tour she was first seen in the main draw at the Croatian Lottery Cup - Bol Ladies Open 1991 , together with Anna Földényi in doubles. They lost their first round match against Lupita Novelo / Samantha Smith with 0: 6 and 0: 6.
She played for the Croatian Fed Cup team in 1992 and 1995 , where she was six times victorious in eight matches.
