Manawa is located in northeastern central Wisconsin, around 60 km northwest of Lake Winnebago and around 80 km west of Green Bay of Lake Michigan . The city lies on both sides of the Little Wolf River , which is part of the catchment area of Lake Michigan via the Wolf River and the Fox River .
