Marie-Isabel Walke

Marie-Isabel Walke (born December 12, 1984 in Magdeburg ) is a German actress and voice actress .

Career

She studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . During her studies she played in the Berliner Arbeiter-Theater in Die Walküre and in the Maxim-Gorki-Theater in Ozonkinder . In the Deutsches Theater Berlin she appeared in the plays Death of a Salesman , Faith, Love, Hope and Casimir and Karoline .

In 2007 she starred alongside her twin sister Friederike Walke in the short film Cupboard Man . Since the 2007/08 season she has been a member of the German Theater in Göttingen . Marie-Isabel Walke took part in readings by Die Blechtrommel and Die Mountainbiker . She had her first leading role as Marianne in Tales from the Vienna Woods .

On June 14th, 2009 Marie-Isabel Walke was awarded the young talent award of the DT-Förderverein Göttingen.
