Moritz Fritz (born July 15, 1993 in Bielefeld ) is a German football player . He is under contract with third division club FC Viktoria Köln .

Career

Fritz started playing football at VfR Wellensiek . Via the other youth stations VfL Theesen , Arminia Bielefeld and Borussia Dortmund , he moved to the upper division men's team of Arminia Bielefeld II in 2012 , where he became a regular player and made 28 appearances in which he scored 5 goals.

After four more positions in the Regionalliga West at SV Lippstadt 08 , FC Schalke 04 II , Rot-Weiss Essen and Borussia Dortmund II , Fritz moved to the 3rd division at SC Fortuna Köln in the summer of 2017 . On matchday 5 he made his debut in a 4-0 win against Karlsruher SC after being substituted on in the 81st minute. He had his first starting eleven on the 6th matchday, in a 1-1 draw against SV Wehen Wiesbaden .

After relegation from the third division with Fortuna, Fritz moved to Cologne city rivals and third division promoted FC Viktoria in summer 2019 .
