Dominik Lanius (born March 28, 1997 in Cologne ) is a German soccer player who is under contract with FC Viktoria Köln .

Career

Lanius started in the youth of SSV Vingst 05 and SV Deutz 05 before joining the youth of FC Viktoria Köln . From this he moved to the first team in the Regionalliga West for the 2016/17 season . After his contract expired, he moved to the third division for SC Preußen Münster for the 2018/19 season , where he made his professional football debut on August 25, 2018 in the away game against VfL Osnabrück .

His contract with Münster, which was originally valid until 2020, was terminated prematurely at the end of the season in May 2019 and the defender returned to his old club Viktoria Köln, which had been promoted to the 3rd division for the 2019/20 season.
