Museum of Illusions

A museum of illusions is an adventure museum in the tradition of the laughter cabinet . The concept was developed by the Croatian Museum of Illusions group founded by Roko Živković and Tomislav Pamuković . Museums of Illusions are located in North America , Asia and Europe (as of 2020). The underlying business model for the founding of museums is franchising . Founders Roko Živković and Tomislav Pamuković opened the first Museum of Illusions in 2015 in Zagreb . In 2020 there will be more than 20 Museums of Illusions in different cities and countries.

exhibition

The museum visitors experience optical illusions . Part of the interactive exhibition include holograms , stereograms , a rotated and an Ames room , a vortex tunnel and dilemma games . The museums of illusions are aimed at adults, young people and children with their exhibits . “Trying out and taking photos are expressly allowed” in the museums.

Further branches are planned (as of 2020). The museums of illusions have a uniform appearance . Visitors will find 40 to 80 exhibits at the individual locations.

2015

Zagreb, Croatia

In 2015, Zagreb, Ilica 72, opened the first Museum of Illusions with more than 70 exhibits.

Ljubljana, Slovenia

Athens, Greece

The Museum of Illusions in Athens, Ermou 119, founded in 2018, shows more than 80 exhibits.

Belgrade, Serbia

The Museum of Illusions in Belgrade, Nušićeva 11, has had more than 70 exhibits ready for visitors since 2018.

Berlin, Germany
